*Delivery Information* All orders are carefully handcrafted to meet your unique specifications. As most items are custom or made-to-order, please allow a minimum of weeks for production and quality checks before your order is dispatched. 

• Processing Time: Custom orders require additional time to create. Production typically takes 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

• Shipping Time: Once completed, your order will be shipped and delivered within 5 days (domestic) or 2 weeks (international).

 

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Please note that delays may occur to material availability, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll keep you updated if your timeline changes!

 

*Returns & Exchanges* Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for custom-made items unless there is a defect, damage, or error on our part.
